After years of overseeing Snowday’s production pipelines from concept to delivery, she now serves as Account Director. Halle is known for her approachable, transparent leadership style, fostering trust within her team while ensuring everyone feels heard and empowered. She brings a disciplined, collaborative mindset to every partnership, ensuring clients’ visions are elevated from start to finish. Off the clock, she’s usually chasing the perfect photo or dirt biking the Wyoming backcountry.
