  • Old Bill’s Fun Run

    overview

For over 25 years, Old Bill’s Fun Run has united Jackson Hole around generosity. But even community icons need renewal. The event’s beloved identity had grown dated, and the Foundation wanted to reenergize participation with a look that matched its spirit.

A Classic Reimagined for a New Generation.

    The challenge

Old Bill’s is the heart of local philanthropy in Jackson Hole, but its branding no longer reflected its energy. The visual language felt static compared to the vibrant event it represented. The goal: honor the legacy while bringing the brand into the present.

    Evolving a Local Legacy

We reimagined the brand from the ground up, modernizing the logo and color palette while keeping the essence of the original running man.

A legacy event needed a visual language that matched its energy today.

    Design that Connects

Bright colors, playful icons, and shared typography linked the event to its parent organization, The Community Foundation of Jackson Hole, tying both brands together through a shared visual language.

The identity expanded from a logo into a system built for community expression.

    A Digital Refresh

A full website redesign simplified navigation, improved access for donors and participants, and brought the energy of race day to every page.

    the impact

The rebrand reignited excitement for the event across Jackson Hole. Participation climbed, donations rose, and the community embraced the new identity, from refreshed race shirts to year-round wear.

The result wasn’t just a new look, but a renewed spirit. Old Bill’s felt as alive and connected as the cause it celebrates.

    Modernizing the experience
made participation easier without losing character.
