With an expanding footprint of early childhood care and specialty services, The Children’s Learning Center needed a brand that fit, and a full website rebuild. Their offering had become complex to navigate for prospective families, while currently enrolled parents needed important regular information.

The CLC brand’s primary shapes emphasis foundational learning. Marrying minimal, Swiss-style design with playful characters allows the new CLC brand to appeal to both parents and children.

Strategy led workshops with staff informed a wholesale brand refresh. Harmony between color, type and brand forms were immediately iconic within the community, while providing an icon and information architecture that easily organizes programs. Brand extensions, like multi-use animated styled characters, carefully support playfulness while not undermining the message of trust and professionalism needed for a professionally run child care.

After a strategy-led fresh rebranding, Snowday dug into the various audience goals to inform a brand new content architecture on the site. User journeys illuminated unforeseen use cases, like orienting new parents to programs and offerings, or breaking down the process for special education enrollment.
